CEVRA
Terms of Service

The agreement between us.

Last updated · July 10, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Cevra. They explain what Cevra does, what we need from you, and where responsibility sits — especially around Meta advertising, your content, and your ad spend. Please read them before you connect your Meta account.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account or using Cevra, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Cevra. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business whose products and ad account you connect.

2. What Cevra does

Cevra is software that uses AI agents to create, launch, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns on your behalf, using the Meta ad account you connect and the media you upload. You remain the advertiser. Cevra is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password in Settings and, if needed, delete your account from Settings → Delete account.

4. Connecting your Meta account

When you connect Meta, you authorise Cevra to access and act within your Meta ad account — to create, edit, pause, and manage campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creatives, to upload your media, and to read performance data — for the purpose of providing the service.

You remain the advertiser of record and are responsible for complying with Meta’s Advertising Standards, Commerce Policies, and Platform Terms. You may revoke Cevra’s access at any time by disconnecting Meta or removing our access in your Meta settings.

5. Your content and the licence you grant

You keep ownership of your photos, videos, product information, and brand assets. You grant Cevra a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, adapt, and use them solely to create and run your ads and to operate and improve the service for you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to everything you upload, that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, and that it complies with all applicable laws and Meta’s policies.

6. AI-assisted content and your review

Cevra’s agents generate ad copy and assemble creatives from your uploads. You review and approve creatives and campaign launches before any spend begins. AI output can contain errors or claims that need checking — you are responsible for the ads that run under your account. Review copy for accuracy, truthfulness, and policy compliance before approving.

7. Advertising spend

All advertising spend is billed by Meta to the payment method on your Meta ad account. Cevra helps manage budgets and applies cost controls — such as a default cost-per-purchase cap — but Cevra does not control Meta’s billing or delivery. Cost caps are targets that guide Meta’s system; they are not guarantees of final cost. You are responsible for your own ad spend.

8. No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control — your product, pricing, photos, market conditions, seasonality, and Meta’s own systems. Cevra does not guarantee any specific sales, return on ad spend, reach, or other outcome. Any examples, estimates, or projections are illustrative, not promises.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cevra to:

  • Advertise illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or policy-violating products, or make misleading, deceptive, or prohibited claims (including unsupported health, financial, or “miracle” claims).
  • Violate Meta’s Advertising Standards or Commerce Policies, or any applicable Indian or other law.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes others’ rights.

10. Fees

Cevra is currently offered free of charge (advertising spend billed by Meta is separate and always yours). If we introduce fees for the platform, we will notify you in advance and you can choose whether to continue with any paid features.

11. Our intellectual property

Cevra — including the platform, software, agent designs, interface, and brand — belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms grant you the right to use the service, and nothing more; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

12. Third-party services

Cevra depends on third parties — Meta, our AI provider, and infrastructure providers. Their availability, terms, and policy changes affect the service. We are not responsible for their outages, decisions, or changes, though we work to adapt quickly when they occur.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Cevra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the law, if required by a provider such as Meta, or to protect the service and its users. When access ends, your right to use Cevra stops; how we handle your data afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cevra is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cevra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or wasted ad spend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (which is zero while the service is free).

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Cevra harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your products, the ads run under your account, or your breach of these Terms, Meta’s policies, or applicable law.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any right you have under applicable law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product or the law evolves. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes we will give you notice; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Managing your account

You manage everything from your Cevra dashboard: update your details and password in Settings, control your Meta connection in Settings → Connections, and close your account any time in Settings → Delete account.
